Recently, we received extensive evidence of an individual named Sanjay Suryavamshi illegally pirating digital products, including Untitled UI. Sanjay Suryavamshi was caught using his own account and email address and then involved in the further distribution of our copyrighted works.
It's incredibly concerning to see "Product Design Leaders" blatantly stealing from their peers and we have a zero tolerance policy against people like Sanjay Suryavamshi.
Not only are these actions unethical, but they also constitute a blatant violation of our license agreement and amount to willful copyright infringement, which is both a civil and criminal offense. We have engaged a law firm we've previously worked with in Bengaluru to assist with copyright and intellectual property matters.
