Recently, we received extensive evidence of an individual named Omkar Maruti Madival illegally pirating digital products, including Untitled UI. Omkar Maruti Madival was caught using his own account and email address and then involved in the further distribution of our copyrighted works, attempting to sell our copyrighted works without authorization.
It's incredibly concerning to see junior designers like Omkar blatantly stealing from their peers and we have a zero tolerance policy against people like Omkar Maruti Madival.
Not only are these actions unethical, but they also constitute a blatant violation of our license agreement and amount to willful copyright infringement, which is both a civil and criminal offense. We have engaged a law firm we've previously worked with in Bengaluru to assist with copyright and intellectual property matters.
