Recently, we received extensive evidence of an individual named Hoach Le Dinh illegally pirating and distributing digital products, including Untitled UI, via Facebook groups. Hoach Le Dinh was caught using his own account and email address.
We have a zero tolerance policy against piracy and follow up with civil legal action against all individuals who engage in deliberate commercial copyright infringement.
Not only are these actions unethical, but they also constitute a blatant violation of our license agreement and amount to wilful copyright infringement, which is both a civil and criminal offense under the Penal Code of Vietnam. We have engaged an IP law firm we've previously worked with in HCM to assist with copyright and intellectual property matters to file a civil claim regarding this.
When we contacted Hoach Le Dinh, he attempted to cowardly delete his social media profiles, including LinkedIn. These are his details:
