Recently, we received evidence of an individual named Sevdin Farkhadini illegally selling our digital products via piracy Telegram channels. Mr. Farkhadini was caught using his own account, email address, and even his personal PayPal email address to accept payments.
Selling or distributing Untitled UI products without permission infringes our copyright and violates the Untitled UI License Agreement. We take unauthorized distribution of our products seriously in order to protect our intellectual property, our customers, and the creators who purchase legitimate licenses.
We previously contacted Mr. Farkhadini regarding these concerns and requested that the unauthorized distribution cease. After those efforts were unsuccessful, we engaged legal counsel and issued a cease and desist letter. At the time of publication, we had not received a satisfactory resolution and have reserved all legal rights in relation to this matter.
It's incredibly concerning to see other "designers" blatantly stealing from their peers and we have a zero tolerance policy against people like Mr. Farkhadini.
Not only are these actions unethical, they're a blatant violation of our license agreement and constitute wilful copyright infringement, which is a criminal offence in the U.S. under the U.S. Copyright Act. We've hired a U.S. law firm to assist with this matter and we are in the process of escalating this matter after Mr. Farkhadini chose to ignore a cease and desist letter.
This article is published to inform our customers and the wider design community of activity that we believe involves the unauthorized distribution of Untitled UI products. If you believe you have purchased Untitled UI from an unauthorized source, or have information relating to unauthorized sales, please contact us at [email protected].
If you operate a design marketplace or distribute commercial digital assets, we also recommend reviewing any access granted to individuals or accounts that you reasonably suspect may be redistributing your products without authorization.

If you receive any emails impersonating another business or selling their products illegally, the best thing you can do is mark them as spam in your email client and let the business know about it. This will help prevent others from falling into the trap.
If you have received any suspicious emails or messages from Mr. Farkhadini regarding the illegal sale of our products, please report them to us via [email protected] so we can follow up.
