Recently, we received evidence of an individual named Neeraj Tripathy illegally pirating digital products, including Untitled UI, via piracy Telegram channels. Neeraj Tripathy was caught using his own account, number, and email address.
It's incredibly concerning to see other "designers" blatantly stealing from their peers and we have a zero tolerance policy against people like Neeraj Tripathy.
Not only are these actions unethical, but they also constitute a blatant violation of our license agreement and amounts to willful copyright infringement, which is a criminal offence under Indian law, specifically the Copyright Act, 1957.
We have engaged a law firm we've previously worked with in Bengaluru to assist with copyright and intellectual property matters.
