Recently, we received extensive evidence of an individual named Moustafa Shouman illegally pirating digital products, including Untitled UI, via piracy Telegram channels. Moustafa Shouman was caught using his own account and email address.
It's incredibly concerning to see other "designers" blatantly stealing from their peers and we have a zero tolerance policy against people like Moustafa Shouman.
Not only are these actions unethical, but they also constitute a blatant violation of our license agreement and amount to willful copyright infringement, which is a criminal offense under Egyptian law, specifically the Intellectual Property Protection Law No. 82 of 2002.
We have engaged a law firm we've previously worked with in Cairo to assist with copyright and intellectual property matters.
