Recently, we received extensive evidence an individual named Ali Salimzadeh is illegally pirating digital products, including Untitled UI, and selling these via piracy websites he has created. Ali Salimzadeh accepts payments for these stolen materials via a zarinpal.com account and was caught promoting his site in piracy Telegram channels.
It's incredibly concerning to see other "designers" blatantly stealing from their peers and we have a zero tolerance policy against people like Ali Salimzadeh. Not only is selling other businesses' products unethical, it constitutes willful copyright infringement and financial fraud under both Iranian and international laws. Both of these come with severe criminal penalties, including imprisonment under Article 23 of the Copyright Law in Iran.
We have engaged a law firm in Tabriz to assist with copyright and intellectual infringements and are pursuing both civil and criminal charges against Ali Salimzadeh, along with his associate, Mahdi Pourrostami.
