Recently, we received extensive evidence of an individual named Ahmed "Solaria" Shahid illegally pirating digital products, including Untitled UI, via piracy Telegram channels. Ahmed Shahid was caught using his own account and email address.
This is not the first time we've caught Mr. Shahid involved in illegal piracy. We sent Mr. Shahid a legal notice in May 2024 and it was ignored. Almost a year later, he is still involved in pirating and sharing other people's products.
It's incredibly concerning to see other "designers" blatantly stealing from their peers and we have a zero tolerance policy against people like Ahmed Shahid.
Not only are these actions unethical, but they also constitute a blatant violation of our license agreement and amounts to willful copyright infringement, which is a criminal offence under Pakistan law, specifically the Copyright Ordinance of 1962.
We have engaged a law firm we've previously worked with in Lahore to assist with copyright and intellectual property matters.
