Recently, we received extensive evidence of an individual named Omi Gusty Rifani illegally pirating digital products, including Untitled UI. Omi Gusty Rifani was caught using his own account and email address.
It's incredibly concerning to see other "designers" blatantly stealing from their peers and we have a zero tolerance policy against people like Omi Gusty Rifani.
Not only are these actions unethical, but they also constitute a blatant violation of our license agreement and amount to willful copyright infringement, which is a criminal offense under Indonesian law, specifically Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright.
We have engaged a law firm we've previously worked with in Jakarta to assist with copyright and intellectual property matters.
